Perle is hiring an expert Moroccan Darija transcriber to convert audio recordings of native speakers into accurate, time-aligned written transcripts for AI speech, dialogue, and evaluation systems. The role requires native Moroccan Darija fluency, Modern Standard Arabic orthographic knowledge, French working knowledge, familiarity with regional Moroccan varieties and Tamazight-influenced vocabulary, and at least two years of professional transcription, captioning, court reporting, broadcast, translation, or linguistic annotation experience. Transcribers will handle speaker attribution, code-switching, disfluencies, non-speech events, ambiguous segments, and self-review, with flexible scheduling, per-task or per-minute compensation, and a paid pilot before full onboarding.
