Perle is hiring expert North Levantine Arabic transcribers to convert audio recordings of native speakers into accurate, time-aligned written transcripts for AI speech, dialogue, and evaluation systems. The role requires native Syrian or Lebanese Arabic fluency, Modern Standard Arabic orthographic judgment, knowledge of Levantine dialectal variation, and the ability to transcribe code-switched speech involving English and French. Transcribers will apply speaker-identification, disfluency, and non-speech-event conventions, flag ambiguous segments, self-review submissions, and collaborate with QA reviewers. The position offers paid pilot tasks, per-task or per-minute compensation, flexible scheduling, and eligibility for additional related projects.
