Description
Perle is hiring expert Persian transcribers to convert audio recordings of native speakers into accurate, time-aligned written transcripts for AI training, evaluation, and dialogue systems. The role requires native Iranian Persian fluency, strong Perso-Arabic reading and writing, dialectal and code-switching judgment, and at least two years of professional transcription or related linguistic experience. Transcribers will apply speaker-identification, orthographic, and annotation conventions, flag ambiguous segments, self-review submissions, and collaborate with QA reviewers. Compensation is paid per task or per minute, with flexible scheduling and volume scaling.
