The role requires native Romanian fluency, mastery of current orthography, knowledge of Romanian dialects, at least two years of professional transcription or related linguistic experience, and the ability to handle speaker attribution, disfluencies, code-switching, and other linguistic nuances. Compensation is paid per task or per minute, with flexible scheduling and volume scaling based on active projects.
