Perle is hiring expert Emirati Arabic transcribers to convert audio recordings of native speakers into accurate, time-aligned written transcripts for AI training, dialogue, and evaluation systems. The role requires native Emirati Arabic fluency, strong Modern Standard Arabic orthography, familiarity with Gulf dialects and Arabic-English code-switching, at least two years of professional transcription or related linguistic experience, and the ability to work independently with web-based annotation platforms. Compensation is paid per task or per minute, with flexible scheduling and a paid pilot task before full onboarding.
