Description
Perle is hiring expert Ukrainian transcribers to convert audio recordings of native speakers into accurate, time-aligned written transcripts for AI training, dialogue, and evaluation systems. The role requires native Ukrainian fluency, strong Cyrillic reading and writing, the ability to distinguish Ukrainian, surzhyk, and Russian, knowledge of regional accents, and at least two years of professional transcription, captioning, court reporting, broadcast, translation, or linguistic annotation experience. Transcribers will apply linguistic judgment to speaker attribution, disfluencies, dialectal orthography, and non-speech events, self-review submissions, and collaborate with QA reviewers. The work is paid per task or per minute, offers flexible scheduling, and includes a paid pilot task before full onboarding.
