Magna Powertrain is hiring an Expert, Business Process Optimization to serve as an internal Lean and process improvement consultant in its Transformation Office. The role leads BPO projects, maps and redesigns office and transactional processes, applies process mining and data analytics, evaluates ERP and workflow automation opportunities, supports SAP and other digital transformation initiatives, and delivers Lean training and process governance. It requires a bachelor's degree, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification, at least seven years of Lean experience in automotive or manufacturing environments, and expertise in process mapping, SAP, cross-functional workshops, and digital analytics.
