MANTECH is hiring an Expert CNO Developer in Hanover, Maryland, to lead the development of mission-critical cyber capabilities and advanced Computer Network Operations (CNO) solutions for national security systems. The role involves designing and developing hardware- or software-based CNO capabilities, managing software development and testing, developing data flows and tasking, applying network and security expertise, communicating technical progress, and ensuring software quality and compliance. The position requires a relevant technical degree and 8–16+ years of experience depending on the degree, Python and C/C++ programming, low-level systems and networking experience, CNO development experience, and a current or active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance. The projected compensation range is $141,500.00–$236,000.00, with health insurance and other benefits available.
