MANTECH is hiring an Expert CNO Developer in San Antonio, Texas, to design and develop hardware- or software-based CNO capabilities for national security missions. The role involves developing and testing application software and systems, applying security, networking, and systems-architecture knowledge, communicating technical risks and solutions, and maintaining development and security standards. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree with 9+ years of technical experience, or a master’s degree with 7+ years, or a PhD with 5+ years, along with experience in Windows or Linux kernel/user-mode development, Windows APIs and network protocols, C/C++/Python programming, and WinDbg/GDB debugging. Active TS/SCI clearance and the ability to remain stationary 50% of the time are required.
