Description
DB InfraGO AG is hiring an Expert Commissioning Manager for the large-scale ETCS Rhine-Alpine Corridor project in Frankfurt am Main. The role coordinates the commercial and technically sound commissioning of ETCS Level 2 equipment, develops safety plans and commissioning concepts, manages preparatory and execution measures, documentation, safety expert reports, EC test certificates, and contractors, and resolves cross-process questions involving CENELEC, CSM Regulation, TSI ZZS, and EIGV. The position requires a degree in electrical, civil, business engineering, or a comparable field, relevant project-management and ETCS commissioning experience, familiarity with CENELEC standards and German infrastructure regulations, strong negotiation and stakeholder-communication skills, and willingness to travel.
