Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories is hiring a Controlling Analyst to support financial management and management control across Colombia, the Caribbean, and Central America in the pharmaceutical sector. The role involves preparing financial and management reports, monitoring budgets and forecasts, analyzing variances and KPIs, supporting monthly close and regional consolidation, analyzing costs and profitability, providing financial business-partner support, ensuring compliance with internal controls, and using SAP Business One and financial analytics tools. Candidates need a public accountant qualification or a relevant degree, experience in controlling, FP&A, budgeting, financial analysis, or management control, SAP Business One proficiency, advanced Excel skills, B2 English proficiency, and strong analytical and regional collaboration abilities.
