DHL Group is hiring a full-time, permanent Cost Engineer in Cyberjaya, Malaysia, to support fact-based procurement decision-making through cost and value engineering. The role collaborates with Procurement, Solution Engineering, and Operations to identify cost-reduction opportunities, improve product and service competitiveness, standardize solutions, reduce complexity, manage improvement roadmaps, communicate project metrics, and coach sourcing and engineering professionals. The position requires approximately five years of industry experience in development, procurement, operations, manufacturing, supply chain management, or a similar function, along with a technical bachelor’s or master’s degree, strong problem-solving and English communication skills, and approximately 20% travel.
