The role involves translating client requirements into scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes, architecting Databricks data platforms, managing cloud infrastructure, enforcing data quality and security, optimizing performance and cost, collaborating with data scientists and software engineers, and mentoring junior engineers. The position requires strong Databricks, SQL, Python, cloud, pipeline orchestration, software engineering, and consulting experience, along with German and English fluency and a university degree in a relevant field. Flexible working hours and the option to work from home up to three days per week are offered.
