BIP AI LAB is hiring an Expert Data Scientist in Bari on a hybrid basis to define and lead scientific strategy for advanced machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI solutions for enterprise clients. The role involves designing and validating complex multimodal models, establishing scientific governance and Responsible AI standards, working with C-level stakeholders, and providing thought leadership and scientific advisory. Candidates need at least seven years of relevant experience, strong Python and machine learning framework expertise, advanced statistical knowledge, and experience with corporate Responsible AI and regulatory compliance frameworks. The position offers a gross annual salary of €45,000 to €65,000, along with health insurance, training, and other benefits.
