Description
The Rate Card Loading Expert supports the efficient, accurate, and timely loading of global rate cards by managing the handover from Growth to Operations, clarifying requirements with tender managers, troubleshooting country-specific issues, supporting rate-loading challenges, monitoring quality and errors, maintaining documentation and best practices, and contributing to automation and continuous improvement. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 2–5 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding, logistics, rates management, pricing support, or a comparable service-delivery environment, strong stakeholder and analytical skills, and proficiency with MS Office.
