Description
The Performance & Incentive Operations Leader will own the end-to-end performance measurement infrastructure for Intuit's Expert Network, translating business strategy into role-specific KPIs, incentive qualifiers, ratings thresholds, and governance documentation. The role partners with Service Delivery, Compensation, HR, and Finance stakeholders; defines reporting requirements for performance dashboards; maintains source-of-truth documentation; and improves the end-to-end performance and incentive process. It requires at least seven years of experience in compensation, sales, HR, or a closely related field, with performance measurement or incentive program management ownership, and offers base pay of $196,000–$265,000 in San Diego and $197,000–$266,000 in Mountain View, California.
