MAPAL is hiring a full-time permanent Operations Management Office specialist to support the definition and execution of cascading operations strategy goals, maintain steering committees, develop reporting and KPIs, moderate cross-functional performance reviews, coordinate stakeholder questions, and contribute to master data and self-service tools. The role requires a degree in industrial engineering/economics or a comparable qualification, experience in operations, performance management, or controlling, strong analytical and communication skills, and excellent German and English proficiency. The position is based at one of MAPAL’s German locations, with flexible working hours and mobile working possible.
