Additional Information

Minimum Education: Outstanding degree with IT content
Required Previous Experiences: Several years of experience in PLM, engineering, digitalization, or transformation initiatives
In-depth knowledge of PLM, product data management, or engineering data management, including commercially available PLM systems
Experience in global or international PLM, engineering, or digital transformations, including change management, adoption, or enablement in technical environments
Experience introducing, scaling, or driving adoption of AI, GenAI, or Copilot solutions in engineering, product development, or knowledge-work environments
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with AI agents, agentic workflows, knowledge retrieval, digital engineering assistants, or comparable AI solutions
