DHL Group is hiring a full-time, permanent Procurement Support Specialist in Mumbai, India. The role advises on procurement processes, policies, tools, and best practices; maintains master data and DCS sheets; handles issues; monitors and optimizes automated processes and chatbots; administers ticketing and procurement support portals; supports digitalization, testing, change management, quality assurance, and supplier onboarding; and collaborates on global and regional projects. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, more than two years of experience, knowledge of SAP SRM, SAP S/4 Hana, or Coupa, strong analytical and customer-service skills, and fluent English.
