Description
The Expert Wafer Test Engineering professional will implement and manage wafer-level parameter and product test processes for ASIC and MEMS technologies at a new fully automated 300 mm semiconductor manufacturing facility in Dresden. The role contributes to test strategy, hardware and software selection, test structures and methods, troubleshooting, and series-production projects focused on test time, yields, and test hardware. Candidates need a technical university degree, extensive PCM or wafer-testing experience, semiconductor circuit and test-programming knowledge, and strong German and English skills.
