HARMAN is hiring an R&D Test Expert focused on production testing for its Short Range Devices team in Bucharest, Romania. The role supports R&D validation, develops production test concepts and strategies, performs measurements and debugging, troubleshoots test failures, transfers test solutions from R&D to manufacturing, and contributes to root-cause analysis and process improvement. It is a regular permanent position with a hybrid work environment, most office-based work onsite three days per week, and an annual gross base salary range of 142,500–209,000 lei.
