Description
The Exploitation Manager will lead integrated asset management and field development for an oil and gas asset in Libya, overseeing subsurface, reservoir, drilling, production, and facilities activities. The role manages multidisciplinary teams, portfolio and project controls, capital planning, risk and procurement processes, and client and stakeholder relationships while maximizing reserves recovery and asset value. It requires a bachelor’s degree in petroleum engineering, geology, or a related discipline, and 10–15 years of oil and gas operations experience, with international, complex, and mature-field experience preferred.
