Boundless Life is hiring an Explorers Lead Educator for its upcoming Barcelona launch to lead day-to-day learning and care for children aged 1–5. The role combines classroom leadership, Montessori and experiential learning, individualized development support, parent communication, and collaboration with the wider education team. Candidates need at least two years of Early Years teaching experience, experience with children aged 1–5 and culturally and linguistically diverse learners, strong English, and a recognised Early Childhood Education qualification; Montessori training and formal Montessori certification are preferred. The position is full-time and requires living in Barcelona or nearby or willingness to relocate and commute daily.
