Description
A.S.P. Incorporated is hiring a K9 Handler for its Explosive Detection Dog and Handler Team (EDDHT) program under Transport Canada. The role involves explosives detection searches of air cargo, mailbags, and other items; maintaining canine housing, care, and well-being; completing EDDHT and Transport Security Clearance requirements; conducting daily explosives-detection training; and responding to unpredictable service requests. Applicants need a high school diploma or Grade 12 education, Canadian work eligibility, English proficiency, computer skills, a valid security licence, a G or higher driver’s licence, a clear driving abstract, and Basic First Aid and CPR certification. Security experience is an asset, and Canadian work experience is not required.
