DHL is hiring an Export Channel Controller in Johannesburg to monitor export shipment queues, resolve queries, obtain missing documentation, review shipment details, keep customers informed, track aged bonded shipments, and coordinate with entry clerks. The role requires a Matric or equivalent, a Diploma/Certificate or Customs Clearance Diploma, at least two years of customer service or call centre experience, at least two years of customs entries experience, knowledge of the Customs Act, computer literacy, and strong communication skills.
