Description
Satisloh North America is hiring an Export Compliance Specialist to ensure compliance with global export regulations and sanctions. The role prepares international shipping documentation, authorizes export sales orders, enters export declarations into the ACE portal, identifies and corrects non-compliance issues, maintains records, submits license applications, conducts internal training, monitors regulatory changes, updates procedures, coordinates with departments and government agencies, and recommends shipping processes. The position requires a bachelor's or associate degree in a related field, strong attention to detail, computer and MS-Office skills, willingness to learn trade regulations, minimal-supervision capability, and working knowledge of Incoterms; prior shipping experience and SAP ERP familiarity are preferred.
