Description
The Electrical Project Manager will supervise an operational team of Site Managers, Team Leaders, and Cable Assemblers and ensure the successful completion of electrical projects. Responsibilities include preparing and organizing projects, assessing resources, managing supplies and material receipt, monitoring schedules, coordinating team collaboration, responding to client requests, and providing project reporting. The role requires electrical engineering or electromechanics training, at least 10 years of industrial electrical experience in team-supervision roles, strong organizational and planning skills, safety awareness, client-facing communication, flexibility, and fluency in English. The position departs from Tournai and requires extensive travel, with 50 to 70% on long-distance assignments and the remainder on local projects in Belgium and Hauts-de-France.
