Mettler Toledo is hiring a full-time Export Control Product Classification Engineer in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. The role evaluates products, technologies, software, and technical data against US EAR, EU, CH, CN dual-use regulations and licensing requirements; reviews engineering documentation; maintains export control records and audit-ready documentation; and collaborates with engineering, project management, supply chain, and sales teams. Candidates need a university degree in engineering, chemistry, biology, or physics; substantial product classification experience; expertise in dual-use regulations, US re-export laws, and customs procedures; and proficiency in SAP or similar global trade management systems.
