The Air & Ocean Export Manager will lead and develop the air and ocean export team, drive operational performance and KPIs, manage budgets and P&L, oversee vendors and costs, support sales and customer growth, provide pricing and routing expertise, and improve systems and processes. The role requires experience managing air and ocean export operations in freight forwarding, along with strong people leadership, operational and financial management, export compliance, documentation, carrier management, and customer engagement skills.
