Traffic Tech is hiring an Export Operations Coordinator to work from its Toronto office, coordinating the global movement of export freight and preparing shipping and legal documents. The role involves communicating with carriers, customs brokers, and other service providers, resolving service issues, monitoring holds and discrepancies, entering cost and sell rates, and supporting internal and external customers. Candidates need at least one year of international export experience, operational and analytical skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, English/French fluency, and strong organizational abilities; CargoWise experience is an asset.
