Description
JAS Forwarding is hiring an Export Department Manager to oversee air and ocean freight export operations, manage workflow and customer and supplier communications, supervise and develop staff, handle export shipment escalations, and drive KPIs and compliance. The role requires at least five years of air or ocean export experience in freight forwarding, two years supervising staff, and a high school diploma or GED; a bachelor’s degree is preferred. The position is performed in an office environment with up to 10% travel and offers a base salary of $70,000 to $80,000 plus benefits.
