Description
InStride Health is hiring a fully remote Exposure Coach to support children, teens, and young adults with pediatric anxiety and OCD care. The role provides structured coaching through video sessions and secure messaging, monitors patient progress, manages an active caseload, collaborates with therapists and psychiatrists, documents care, and follows safety and escalation protocols. Candidates need experience supporting children, adolescents, or young adults in a behavioral health or related structured-support environment, a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, strong communication and technology skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating within a team. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 11:00 AM–7:00 PM CT, with a starting annual salary of $50,000 and health benefits starting on the first day.
