Description
The Express Lanes Supervisor supports the Express Lanes Operations Manager in managing day-to-day operations of the Bay Area Express Lanes from the Regional Operations Center in San Francisco. The role supervises and trains Express Lanes Operators, monitors toll-system equipment, roadway incidents, and dynamic pricing, coordinates with agency and consultant partners, reviews reports and SOP compliance, supports training and ad hoc projects, and may cover the Operations Manager or respond to emergencies. The position requires a high school degree or equivalent, at least three years of transportation, public safety, or commercial operations experience, and one year of client service or relations experience. It pays $46.34 per hour and offers medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
