Aurora Dairies is seeking Farm Managers for hands-on leadership of a significant dairy farm in Tasmania. The role oversees people, livestock, pasture, resources, seasonal workloads, animal health and welfare, safety, compliance, equipment, contractors, suppliers, productivity, and reporting. Candidates should have experience in farm management or senior farm leadership, livestock or dairy farming, team development, planning, problem-solving, animal welfare, safety, compliance, and independent operational decision-making.
