Description
GHD is seeking a Senior Proposal Coordinator to lead U.S. federal government proposal efforts, particularly for Department of Defense clients. The role manages cross-functional proposal teams, develops pursuit strategies, oversees proposal production and compliance, coordinates interviews and client meetings, mentors proposal staff, and collaborates with capture and account management teams. Candidates need a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, at least seven years of experience leading proposal processes in engineering, construction, or professional services, U.S. Navy and federal agency experience, knowledge of federal procurement and FAR, and expertise with Microsoft, Adobe PDF, InDesign, and Photoshop.
