Description
The Applications Developer will manage application development deliverables across Waterfall and Agile project lifecycles, gather requirements and specifications, perform analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance, resolve complex business and system issues, modernize applications, and collaborate with remote and seasoned application-development teams. The role requires an associate or bachelor’s degree in a relevant information technology field or demonstrated programming experience, 2–4 years of hands-on Mainframe and content-management-tool experience, team-leadership experience, full-lifecycle project experience, and knowledge of three-tier or component-layer architecture. Additional experience with enterprise systems, cross-platform or legacy modernization, automation, and DevOps tools is advantageous, while Java, microservices, Spring Boot, Kubernetes, SQL, and NoSQL are also required.
