Description
The Extension Agent for 4-H Youth Development will be based in Mitchell County and will plan, execute, and evaluate 4-H educational programs for limited-resource youth ages 5–19. The role includes STEM and healthy-food-and-physical-activity programming, collaboration with community organizations, needs assessments, instructional delivery, recruitment, and program evaluation. It is a permanent full-time tenure-track position with a minimum salary of $40,000 for a bachelor’s degree, $45,000 for a master’s degree, and $50,000 for a doctorate. The position may be eligible for a remote or hybrid work arrangement consistent with university and state policies.
