Description
The Extension Learning and Development Program Director will lead and contribute to a new Oklahoma Cooperative Extension Service unit supporting faculty, educators, staff, and interns through professional development, onboarding, mentoring, leadership training, online course development, and conference and event management. The role is a 12-month staff position with a 20% administrative appointment and 80% contribution to the ELD unit, reporting to the Associate Vice President and supervising Extension personnel. It requires a relevant master's degree, at least five years of Extension or related experience, team and instructional abilities, grant-funding capability, and supervisor experience; a Ph.D. or Ed.D. and prior unit leadership are preferred. The position is based in Stillwater, Oklahoma, with a salary of $65,000–$90,000.
