Description
Amazon is hiring a Sr. Program Manager to lead Pickup and Seller Network Programs within its External Fulfilment Operations team. The role will drive cost and speed initiatives, improve operational efficiency, reduce defects, launch end-to-end programs, and improve packaging and labelling capabilities. It requires 5+ years of program or project management experience, data-driven improvement experience, ownership of program strategy and delivery, and knowledge of general AI tools. The position reports to the head of EF/ES/3P Operations and involves cross-functional stakeholder influence across customers, business, operations, and product teams.
