Description
Amazon is hiring a Sr. Program Manager to lead Pickup and Seller Network Programs within its External Fulfilment Operations team. The role will drive operational efficiency, reduce defects, improve forecasting and packaging/labelling initiatives, manage program launches and performance, and influence stakeholders across customers, business, operations, and product teams. It requires at least five years of program or project management experience, experience using data and metrics, experience owning program strategy and end-to-end delivery, and knowledge of general AI tools; two or more years of process improvement experience and a relevant master's degree or MBA are preferred.
