Description
The External Manufacturing (EM) Operations Leader manages production activities and supplier relationships across multiple Formulations & Packaging and Active Synthesis suppliers. The role oversees manufacturing strategy implementation, supplier selection, new-product manufacturing readiness, continuous improvement, production planning, quality, EHSQ compliance, risk resolution, and performance reporting. It requires a scientific or engineering bachelor’s degree or equivalent, at least five years of agriculture or chemical industry experience, direct manufacturing experience, and knowledge of quality systems; SAP/ERP experience is preferred.
