Description
The External Operations Quality Manager leads supplier, contract manufacturing, and third-party logistics quality and food safety programs for externally sourced materials, products, and services. The role manages supplier qualification and performance, conducts audits and risk assessments, oversees corrective actions and investigations, supports recalls and crisis management, and drives continuous improvement across external partners. It is remote or hybrid with 30–50% travel and requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline plus 3–5 years of food manufacturing quality experience, including at least 3 years managing external manufacturing quality programs.
