Provider Network Solutions Puerto Rico is hiring an External Provider Relations Representative to manage provider requests, support providers through contracting and service-related matters, coordinate contracting and rate attachments, support audits, and maintain documentation. The role requires an associate degree or equivalent, 1–2 years of healthcare provider services experience, customer service experience preferred, a vehicle, availability to travel in the western area, and on-site work in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
