Q-Block Computing is hiring a full-time permanent External Relations Manager in Ottawa to manage relationships with federal government departments, defense organizations, prime contractors, and enterprise partners. The role owns government and defense procurement opportunities, translates policy and procurement developments into business actions, supports proposals and advocacy, and reports to the CEO.
