The role involves analyzing plans, preparing and repairing surfaces, installing scaffolding, securing insulation with adhesives, anchors, and rails, applying base coats and reinforcing mesh, completing decorative finishes and cladding, complying with thermal and safety standards, and maintaining the worksite. The position requires knowledge of insulation materials and thermal regulations, construction-plan interpretation, cutting, fastening, and coating tools, scaffolding safety, physical ability to work at heights and carry loads, teamwork, and autonomy.
