PCA is hiring entry-level Extra Hand/Laborer positions at its Riverville Mill to cover production vacancies. The role involves operating routine production machinery, producing parts to specification, inspecting and maintaining equipment, maintaining records, and following safety procedures. Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED, industrial work experience, and be able to work an unpredictable 12-hour shift schedule including days, nights, weekends, overtime, and most holidays. The position offers a starting salary of $27.40 per hour and medical, dental, and vision coverage after the first 30 days.
