The Arkansas Archeological Survey is hiring a temporary Lab Technician in the Registrar's Office to process archaeological collections by counting, weighing, labeling, boxing, sorting, bagging, and cataloging artifacts. The role also requires minimal artifact identification, digital data entry through an iPad application, attention to detail, problem-solving, and occasional lifting of up to 40 pounds. Applicants need an interest in or knowledge of archaeology, with general archaeology experience, laboratory experience, and data-entry experience preferred.
