Disability Services in Umeå Municipality is hiring for flexible extra work and temporary positions supporting people with mental, physical, and intellectual disabilities. Duties include helping with everyday tasks, leisure activities, social contacts, personal hygiene, and medication, with possible work in group homes, service residences, short-term accommodation, day services, housing support, or personal assistance. Schedules may include daytime, evening, weekend, on-call night, or awake night shifts. Candidates must be at least 18, have good spoken and written Swedish, and preferably have care experience or relevant education, a Category B driving licence, and a strong work ethic.
