Required qualifications include a background in IT or computer science, software lifecycle knowledge, software quality and unit-testing skills, object-oriented programming, HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript, Laravel MVC experience, web application development experience, MySQL database skills, and strong communication skills.
