Description
Crawford Industries, now part of Spartech, LLC, is hiring an Extruder Operator in Crawfordsville, Indiana to set up and operate extrusion lines producing flat plastic sheet. The role includes reviewing process sheets, operating and safely starting and shutting down equipment, performing quality inspections, handling material changes, assisting with roll changes and maintenance, moving loads, and reporting labor activities. A high school diploma or equivalent experience is required; previous manufacturing experience is preferred but not required. The position offers starting wages of $19–$22 per hour, incentives, benefits, and training opportunities.
